Common questions
Do my patients download a generic app?
No. Each clinic gets its own app-store listing under its own name and brand. Patients see your clinic, not our platform.
Does it work with our existing practice software?
CliniCore integrates natively with EasyBusy, the ERP most clinics already run — visits and payments sync into loyalty points with no extra work at the front desk. Running something else? Tell us what you use and we'll scope the integration.
Where is our patient data stored?
Each clinic runs on its own isolated database — your data is never mixed with other clinics'. Hosting is on AWS in the EU, and the platform is built with GDPR in mind.
Do we need our own marketing team to use it?
No — the dashboard is designed for clinic staff, and setting up a campaign or a new reward takes minutes. If you do have a marketing team, even better: they get their own accounts with role-based permissions, so you decide who manages campaigns, rewards and content.
